There is an indoor pool in "Burgfels SPA" in the basement and an outdoor pool on our "Murgtal Sky SPA" (roof terrace). Both pool areas are also accessible by lifts.

The crystal bath with its soothing aromatic fragrances has a temperature of approx. 45 deg. C. The combination of heat, aromas and up to 100% humidity stimulates circulation, cleanses the skin and relieves rheumatic complaints. In addition, the mobility of the muscles and joints is activated. The integrated rock crystal, together with the particularly graceful Swarowski illuminated crystal panel, not only creates a special room atmosphere, but above all has a purifying effect. It helps reduce deposits in our bloodstream and organs and promotes blood flow and oxygenation.

The effect of radiant heat in combination with exquisite herbs is the focus of this treatment. At a temperature of approx. 55 - 65 deg. C, the herbs placed above the oven are moistened with water. The raised humidity and the pleasant scent of the herbs wrap you in a relaxing heat experience. Usually herbs like camomile, cloves, sage and lavender are used. The soothing effect of the herbs and the pleasant aroma have a positive and beneficial action on the skin and respiratory organs. Light effects and pleasant sounds accompany your stay in the herbal bath.

Our saunas are open for you as from 11:00 am. Varying infusions provide additional relaxation.

Himalayan salt stone sauna:  Sauna with real salt stone cladding from the Himalayan mountains, operated at a temperature of approx. 65 - 70 deg. C and relatively low humidity. The relief of a variety of ailments is brought about by the ionised air saturated with salt compounds.  The salt content in the air has a particularly positive effect on the respiratory tract and skin. The energetic effect of the Himalayan salt stone stimulates a positive attitude to life and helps with inner restlessness, depression and melancholy. The salt inspires a revitalisation of our goals with new energy or to use our power in the right way. It extends and clears our mental space.

Kelo panorama sauna: Enjoy the soft and homely atmosphere created by the surface of the rare and particularly valuable Kelo wood. At a temperature of 80 - 100 deg. C and a humidity of no more than 10 %, multiple health-promoting effects are produced during your stay in the sauna: The change between heat and the subsequent cold shower not only stimulates the circulation, but also increases the defence against infections and strengthens the immune system. The temperature change has a positive effect on the blood vessels. The heat intensifies the blood supply to the skin, which can alleviate skin diseases. The muscles relax, and healing processes of pulled muscles and tendons are boosted. The warmth also has a relaxing and positive effect on the respiratory tract.

Our cardio fitness room with high-quality equipment is located in our "Burgfels SPA" (indoor wellness area), right next to the tea lounge and contains a treadmill, cross trainer, bicycle as well as rowing trainer.

In our tea lounge you can get exquisite teas and spring water.  In addition, there is a vitality bar as well.

Beauty & cosmetics: Our SPA team will spoil you with exclusive treatment programmes for women and men. We attach the greatest importance to quality and only use top products such as Ella Baché, Comfort Zone and San Vino.

Massages & body treatments: We also have an exclusive SPA menu for you with a wealth of massages and body treatments.
